UBER IS TOTALLY USELESS - no UBER email address for any communication

Getting an UBER at ORTAMBO airport is impossible if you want to travel less distance than a trip to Sandton. You use the app & put in your destination & the app says arriving in 7 minutes. However no confirmation of the driver selected ever arrives. Even after 20 minutes of waiting at the correct place on Level 2 parking . In desperation one has to take a driver parked on level 2 which has little verification. UBER IS TOTALLY USELESS
