Uber is ****, they employ *******

So about 6 to 7 days ago I used the Uber service, not Uber esta or to move around the area, but the Uber service to which a driver collects a package that's been paid for by me and he has to deliver it to me, the driver collects the package and never ends up st my place, it's been 6 days, I was never compensated lfor any of the inconvenience, nor for what I paid to Uber or what I paid to the people I order things from. All they say is they will give my details to the driver to sort it out, and if, they say they will give me feedback as soon as they reach the driver, how are they not able to get hold of their drivers and how does it take this long to sort out this issue
