UBER is the worst!

Was de*****ed and misrepresented by Uber. Booked a high end 7 Seater VW Kombi. Waited 25 minutes for it to arrive at the airport 11 pm at night. The car that arrived with the registration no as per Uber App and as per driver info was not a VW KOMBI it was a half size VW Caddy. Complete misrepresentation and *****, I was charged for a KOMBI but received a ride in a Caddy with mechanical defects and constant warning lights and sounds coming on while driving. Uber refuse to take action and resolve the matter. Then refuse to refund and refuse to take action against the owner and driver who also skipped 2 red robots on the journey. Uber de*****ed me
