Uber is the WORST!

I will never use Uber again. They have the worst customer service ever. NEVER put your banking details on their app. I was charged over R600 for someone elses trips! To make matters worse, Uber refuses to give me any real help. The request i communicate on the app and that someone will get back to me...... Its been months and still no feedback from Uber. This is utterly the worst customer service i have ever experienced!
