Uber is the pitts

I have the same issue everytime i book an uber, the location is correct but the drivers can never come to the corre t location and always go to the next road. I call the driver and explain everytime, and yet they cancel my trip and expect me to pay for the trip they cancelled because they cant follow an instruction. The fare is never what was agreed on the app its always R5 more, the initial price already has a booking fee and when the trip end more money is added this is not right, i spend R1000 a week on uber, this is *******.
