Uber is taking money from my account when no trip was ordered or taken

I was charged twice for trips I didn’t take I logged a query for the first charge which was on the 5th of Feb again this morning I wake up to another charge. Why is there charges from my bank account when I didn’t take rides.This has happened twice already. The worst part is the non response on their side like this is okay..,. I want my money back…… poor customer service because inner an explanation and refund.
