Uber is taking money and ignoring support

Uber has been deducting money from our account without us using the service. this has been going on for 2 months, and its alot of money. This feels like outright theft. There is absolutely no support from the email address and the contact details are not working even on website. This is utterly pathetic deducting money without us using the service.
