Uber is taking its client for a ride

I agree, why bother to write a review if Uber ignores the review and we continue to use Uber. Is there an alternative?

My current issue is that as of late the Uber Go vehicles seem to very old damaged vehicles, I assumed the price difference was on the size of the vehicle, not the condition. More often than not the overused unclean upholstery is camouflaged by the use of upholstery spray or similar. Also the body is often damaged, one of the recent ones was a silver vehicle where the paint was faded yellow, the last 2 had various body panels damaged. Imagine rocking up and being seeing getting out of these dingy vehicles.

I thought of using more expensive options, but I'm concerned that I will just be paying more for the same or different issues when I am forced to use Uber. For example my son recently used Uber Black for safety, it was a very dated vehicle. Guess one plays roulette when using Uber.
