Uber is *****ing my money

On the 29/11/2019 @ 06:50, i booked a uber. the original price was R 147.00 which was deducted from my account. but when i was dropped at my destination another R 108.00 was deducted, at that moment i didnt take note of it because it i thought that the R 147.00 would go back into my account, which it didnt I have tired calling several times and but each time i get told that on their side it has been reversed and it will be in my account in 7 days. It is now already almost 3 weeks and still i have not received my R 147.00 back. i have reference number and names of call centre agents who i have spoken to but have not solved my problem.
