Uber is *****ing money

Hi, everyone I am struggling with Uber. They charged me R99,99 for Uber pass. But here's the catch I never accepted it, never subscribed, nothing. I didn't even know what it was. I have Emailed, called, Facebook messaged, tried everything under the sun. But I get the same answer back that is a copy and paste.

I want proof of where I signed up. I want justice for my money that I work hard for, I know R100 bucks doesn't seem a lot but to me it's a few loafs of bread I could have bought for my family or my Struggling neighbors. I want help to resolve this!!! If it had happened with anyone els, now is the time to speak up.

I had a problem with them in January where they charged me over R300 for a ride I didn't even get beacuse the driver canceled it, they refunded me on that but took them 2 months. So if this is happening to me, how many people are there out there that is sitting in silent.
