Uber is *****ing and their customer service is useless.

Uber has taken roughly R1800 off of my account for absolutely no reason. I did not even take an Uber that night, yet my notifications and bank statements show how Uber has taken money from me in 5 different transactions in a single night.

Do you think they have any customer service in place? Not a chance! Despite a few ****ty responses from robots I have had absolutely no one help me whatsoever. For such a big organisation you would think they had a clue how to handle their communication.

Oh wait, did I mention that I also can't delete my card details from my account? What a joke!
