Uber is robbing passengers

Uber drivers like ti cancel rides they accepted and decide they dont want to go where you are going . Still charge you, but they cancelled tge trip. Getting help from their app is useless. They ine have questions that lead you to say you are in the wrong. Twice this happened to me.
