Uber is PATHETIC

Uber has become absolutely disgusting ! Not the high standard it once was. From some of the drivers that unfriendly/rude, to poor condition of the vehicles and most importantly how they robbing customers ! When requesting a Uber you select an trip for a certain amount, this amount is dedcuted however once the trip ends it is all of sudden much more. It is not the first time, it has happened to me a few times, however I let it slide however now it is gettting out of hand. When one query it, you get a one line answer from the MOST unproffesional customer care agents. They are unfriendly and does not seem interested, they reply for the sake of replying and whether you dispute or unhappy , THEY DON'T CARE ! I took a trip yesterday, trip was R50 when I requested, only to find out the next morning it is R79. A breakdown says "time' what is this ????? When I asked, the only reply I receive was "YES IT IS CORRECT" and the call is closed you cannot reply again. The HELP option on the APP is completely useless. They probably won't even bother to reply to this complaint
