Uber is now a dangerous crime zone. The drivers ***** EVERYTHING!!! 1st the driver stole my baby shower dress 2nd another driver stole my clients parcel 3rd another driver stole my coffee table parcel delivery 4th ash man driver stole my phone 5th Jerome driver stole my food order from Chicken licken

Uber customer support doesn't refund or hold drivers accountable to return parcels. You can't even call or message customer support directly for assistance

Drivers will hang-up when you call to find out about your order. Till today none of my parcels have been returned and Uber customer support doesn't care or do any follow ups

DELETE THE APP AND STOP USING THEIR SERVICES. ITS A TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR PARCELS BOTH UBER COURIER AND UBER EATS.
