Uber is not secure!

My Uber account was **********ly linked to another account/credit cards details used without my consent. No OTP, SMS or email verification. Uber is refusing to refund the money spent on the ********** account. Hence, I have lost faith in Uber and have deleted my account. Please be aware of security flaws at Uber and more so their lack of accountability.
