Uber is not safe at all

<p>I never do any payments online however a few of my friend advised me Uber is safe.</p> <p>I tried it and booked a trip from the airport, The site and the driver told me it would cost R164 however they took R264? i was puzzeled when i tried looking for the client service number there is no way of getting hold of this people</p> <p>please contact me to resole this matter. this wrong i was misled and would like a way farward</p>
