UBER is not safe and not supportive to it's passengers!

On March 24, 2020 took an Uber from my house to catch a flight at Cape Town International airport, on our way to the car ran out of petrol at the robots. I felt endangered and anxious about time. Two guys approached the driver to assist him push the car to the side, that's when they opened the boot of the car and took my laptop back with personal and work documents and other important non-monetary items. I opened a ******** case but the main challenge is the difficulty of reaching Uber. The App is limiting, only directs one to what Uber thinks you need to inform them about. No email nor contact number on the internet. So now, I am left with loss of items and no hope of being assisted by UBER.
