Uber is not reliable
My phone got ****** by my uber driver and when I contacted uber to report they told me they told me the driver said it’s not with him but my phone was last with him and he drove off while I was trying to get my phone I had to open a affidavit they switched off my phone and uber is not assisting how am I supposed to get help when there is no assistance

10 Apr 2026, 06:03first the driver did not want my daughter to leave the uber then when she was finally let out he did not want to let her take the phone and he sped off they did not take out most of their belongings and what happened was they made 2 stops and driver asked if she can pay her extra of the books my daughter agreed as they made 2 stops which looked as if he wouldn’t be charged for after that he got sworn at by a taxi driver and then he became aggressive to my daughter instead of the taxi driver no one knew and didn’t want my daughter to leave with her belongings we have tried to contact uber a many a times and still no response we plead for help
