Uber is not customer-friendly

Uber Rides are a disaster. I ordered an Uber to collect a friend and I from the Wingate Park Country Club, Pretoria on Saturday, 11 February and take us to the Garden Court in Hatfield, Pretoria. Luckily, my friend realized we were going in entirely the wrong direction and asked the driver what address he was given which was somewhere in Centurion. Luckily, we managed to get back to our hotel but then Uber had the cheek to charge not only a cancellation fee of R47 but also two ride fees of R74. The next problem comes when you try to query the charges because their website is totally unhelpful and not very friendly. Last time I use Uber.
