Uber is ****ming people

Uber is slowly becoming a hoax guys, I mean these people have taken more than R500 from my account all in the name of Authorization holds and until now they have not returned my money no reply my texts it's been a week since the first incident and yest again they deducted extra money twice way after trips were completed and it's literally all the money I have.
