Uber is ****ming me

Uber is ****ming me daily by increasing the amount that I was initially charged when booking the trip. They increase that fare by up to R50 at a time. I think this is a way for them to get people to book by offering a low price when booking, but once the ride is completed it then gets reversed and the new amount is then deducted. I have queried this numerous times but get automated responses. I have asked them to indicate where we sat in traffic, where there was wait time, where there was construction on the road or the trip was extended. They are unable to do so and send these automated responses and refuse to refund my money. Stop ****ming us Uber this is ridiculous
