Uber is just like bolt now, no value or whatsoever

So today I requested an uber and the driver who came to pick me up was on his phone the entire time... I even took pictures of him driving on the free way while on his phone, using his ear to hold them phone when changing gears. He cut through one car while talking on the phone for no reason and I swear I saw my life blinking right for me. This was obviously a sper concering issue to me so I reported it to uber. Upon reporting this issue I received a system generated reply within one minte telling me that their system has investigated the issue and has resolved it as per their policy, isn't that bull**** though?Nobody asked me if I was okay, if I had proof or anything really that shows that they care... I think at the end of the day it shows how this companies don't give a rats ass about us only interested in the money.
