Uber is *****ing our money!!!

I still have the same ongoing issue with Uber and they do not want to resolve it. They saying that's its already been refunded but I've sent them clear screenshot that I have not received any refunds regarding this charge. I can see I'm not the only person that this is being done to how can Uber be allowed to do this!!! It's so frustrating!!! There are so many charges that have been taken after the ride has been completed and they call it an authorisation hold!!! Don't talk ***!!!
