Uber is *****ing my money.

I took a trip this morning with Uber and the initial fee was R44 . I paid R44 for the trip, the amount was deducted amd set to go . After I got out of the Uber and had started my day at work . I got a notification that the R44 was completely reversed and a R59 was then deducted. It didn't state pending when I paid R44 it deducted the amount and said paid to Uber. This is not the first time that this is happening and I am very disappointed. If there are additional fees that will be charged after your trip . It needs to be communicated BEFORE the trip is taken . I choose a certain trip based off a budget and I CANNOT be having Uber tap into my account and deduct money as and when they wish.

I would like my R15 refund . And YES it's only R15 but it's mine and Uber has no right taking what doesn't belong to them, and like I said it's not the first time .

Please refund my money .
