UBER IS *****ING MONEY FROM THEOR CUSTOMERS

I requested an uber moto to deliver a parcel. When making the booking I was given a price of R26. I took a screen shot of this at the time of making the booking. After the trip was completed I was charged R70.50. The delivery was made on a Sunday at 5pm so there were no traffic issues. This is 270% more than what should have been charged. I have messaged Uber numerous times and the response each time is that the correct amount has been changed. I have asked them to send me proof of where I was quoted R70.50 and yet again the only response I get is that the correct amount was charged. Uber thinks they can just take what ever they want because they have the credit card details. This needs to stop. They need to charge for what is quoted.
