Uber is *****ing

I use Uber every day, I even pay for Uber one, but this app is really getting frustrating, I selected a trip for a certain amount and at the end of my trips its been adding anywhere between R10-R50 to my trip, the trip does not take longer than usual and yesterday which is the reason I am so angry there wasn't traffic.

I also don't understand why they charge more after the trip if they already raise their prices for peak hours beforehand.

I pay with card, so I can't even imagine how infuriating it must be for the people who pay cash as the app tells you that you must have the exact amount with you, how can you plan to have the exact amount when they just change the price at the end.

This is theft! They "sell a product" for a certain price then with out your approval they take more? In what way is this ethical? I couldn't find a way to report this on the app because the only way I could see to report was by reporting the driver but I was not going to do that because he was actually one of the most pleasant drivers I've had.
