Uber is expensive and unreliable

Uber is overpriced, even with the premium option of UberOne. When the uber driver cancels the ride, you do NOT get a full refund, and YOU have to pay for the cancellation fee. They do not allow pets, when their website states that they proudly have an Uber Pet option, which they don't. 9 out of 10, on the drives I've experienced, the driver is rude or drives reckless putting costumers and those in surrounding in harm's way. Most uber cars aren't even road worthy. Driving on spare tires, dented doors, taillights and indicators are inactive and windows tinted so dark that it takes away the costumer's sense of safety. When ordering an uber for work, I have to wait at least 20 minutes to be assisted, with multiple drivers cancelling my order. I have waisted hundreds of rands on an expensive and unreliable service, with a call center that refuses to help, support or make the necessary changes.
