Uber is disgusting

I was very appalled by the service I experienced from Uber when I was visiting Joburg. I requested an Uber and the when the driver arrived he said he would not be able to take us and had us cancel the Uber. Uber charged me a cancelation fee of R18 out of the R252 that was used to request, they were supposed to refund me me the R234 back to my credit card however they Did not. Uber displayed terrible service and I will never use their services as they are just a bunch of ******. I am very disappointed and disgusted by their service
