Uber is disgusting

So today i used uber just like i do every other day i use them alot. They over charged me in of witch they cant blame the driver he was great no problems at all. The problem here is that instead of listening to wat the client has to say they just go ahead and blame the driver... after witch they insult me by giving me a credit of R4 oh boy what a joke is that? I am so disgusted in this service from customer care they take the clients for a fool... im done with uber this is not on
