Uber is committed to consistency in providing great service

Taking some time to appreciate the excellent customer service and "client first" approach Uber has adopted. In a time where I have experienced such bad service from many different companies and have almost given up on the expectations of half decent services from many different businesses Uber has proven that some companies still take their brands seriously and it shows in their dealings with customers. I have been actively using this service for more than 2 years now and have rarely had disputes with them on fares as I find them to be very much upfront with all their fees and even their drivers are very professional and polite to customers, whereas I have found this grossly lacking in their nearest competitor (Bolt). I will note that on 2 recent occasions I have disputed my fee with them and both times I have had an almost immediate response AND resolution to my query where the refunds where immediately refunded to me without much hassle. Their safety feature is also something I appreciate very much as a young female who often has to request rides at night. When you put your best foot forward, people notice and Uber recognises that.
