Uber is breaking south African law

Uber is using ******* immigrants as drivers. One of their drivers was rude to me and he dropped me.off next to the road. The next driver picked me up and then refused to give me change. Claiming he doesn't have. After I told him I was going to rate him badly he suddenly found change in his car. Uber then forced me to pay him for the previous trip in which the driver had dropped me.off next to the side of the road without completing the trip
