Uber is bevoming a **** app

Last night i requested and my means of payment was a card, the trip was R129. I canceled and was charged R30 cancelation fee which im fine with but the balance of R99 was not credited back to my account. Even now im still waiting for the money i have send them countless email still nothing they don't respond.
