Uber is becoming complacent

I have been super loyal to Uber, but in the last year it's becoming increasingly difficult to get rides, the charges fluctuations are so excessive in price it's ridiculous. The wait and save function is so long and you wait for ages. Drivers cancel in mid trip while you wait. If this continues the word is cancel the loyalty. Uber is also taking way too much from drivers over 20% per trip is ridiculous
