Uber is allowing *****ulent payments and doing nothing about it

I have used Uber for years with no issue. On Thursday last week U contacted Uber to tell them about charges that do no appear on my Uber app but have come off my account. On my bank account the amount is almost identical to the amounts i had spent but differ by a few ZAR. I sent Uber all the info they asked for and no one has come back to me. I was told by my bank that Uber is really bad and that there are many *****ulent payments, and guess what - thats me too! how could this happen and why is Uber ignoring all of my messages?
