UBER IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS- DO NOT USE UBER IN KZN

I ordered an UBER taxi at 20:46 tonight. The map says that the driver will be arriving in 9 minutes. It has been almost half an hour later and he has not arrived. My calls are being cut off and the best part is I've been charged R54 already. UBER you have ruined my night because it's too late to get to where I need to go. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I will never use your services again! You are pathetic and completely *********** just like our messed up country. How dare you people cheat me by charging for your service you didn't provide!
