Uber is a totally irresponsible service provider.

I took a trip with Uber on 18 Dec 21 at 21:37. The drive was sneezing and coughing for the entire trip. With salute africa in the grip of the 4th wave of the coronavirus that behaviour in a closed confines of a vehicle is irresponsible. I reported this to Uber and their response was even more disturbing: “ If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting your local health department or your physician for guidance. Your ongoing patience and understanding are appreciated as we work to help support the health and safety of the Uber community.”

In stead of dealing with removing errant drivers from spreading the virus they expect me to go to the sept of health…and do what ???
