Uber is a ****!

<p>I'm disappointed with your services. I've been such a loyal customer and then I get such poor treatment.</p> <p>The trip was cancelled by the driver because he was unable to arrive at our meeting point, instead the GPRS kept showing that he was driving in the opposite direction of where I was waiting.</p> <p>I was waiting for so long and it was so cold and raining. I've never had a bad experience with Uber until this driver Thokozani. It's such a shame that you bill me for your drivers incompetence.
