Uber is a ripoff

Uber is a *******. I requested a ride from OR Tambo home on 27th Dec. I was quoted a price of R236 which I accepted. Later I saw it increased to R263. They added on toll fees, waiting time ( I waited for the driver, not him for me) and booking fees. I object to all these extras. I queried this numerous times but no resolution.
