Uber is a major *******!

Requested a pick up,the driver ask me if I'm willing to wait as he was 11 km away. I said its fine I will wait for him. The driver cancelled without any reason, plus there was money deducted from my bank account as I requested to pay via debit card. Right after that I requested another trip which was almost similar to the first scenario, except that he went to the wrong pick up location, and once again there was money gone from my bank account and cancelled without further information! So I paid for x2 trips which I never received/used. And not even during one of the cases did I ever hear: "sorry for the inconvenience caused ma'am". I reported both cases on the application on the 14th already but nodoby has gotten back to me regarding this! I'm very disappointed and not sure if I would recommend them to family or friends as I feel they are ripping people off!!!!
