Uber is a *****

Hi guys I have a problem and Uber doesnt seem to acknowledge or do anything about it. Not sure if anyone else had experienced this.

I requested a trip on sunday night from Goodwood to Elsies River which was R56. The driver came at 10:04pm and we left. The driver dropped me at approximately 10:30pm at home and never ended the trip.Please note this was a card payment trip and I noticed that the R56 was deducted put of my account.

The following day on the Monday morning I wanted to request a trip and realised that there was an outstanding amount of R258. I then investigated and realised that the driver never ended the trip as it shpwed the trip ended at 02:03am now I am liable to pay the outstanding amount. When I informed Uber about this they advised that the amount is correct and refuse to remove the outstanding amount. I wont ever use Uber or recommend it to anyone
