Uber is a ****!!!

I requested, driver came to the pick up point and left before I even got into the car. I called emergency service on their app to notify them of the situation but i was told that i should cancel the trip cos i would be charged. But I was charged for a trip i did not take and uber did not fully refund me. I had to request a trip again. I am so disappointed by this uber app and its drivers.
