Uber is a **** they deducted R111 from my bank account for a trip, I never took and they refused to refund me, they keep lying and telling me they released the hold of the Money, but it has been over 10 working days without them refunding me. Their support told me they're not going to respond anymore to this issue, they refused to even send proof of the money bieng refunded into my account. Uber is disgusting 🤢 and their treatment to their customers 🚮
