Uber is a ****

Uber is a **** , I’m deleting this app for good , a driver came and when he gets to me he was very rude and I didn’t feel safe he didn’t took my ride and he cancelled the trip then Uber charge me , how is it my fault that I get to be charged when the driver is the one who cancel the trip??????? Please Uber explain this ? He is the one who cancel the trip not me he left me stranded so what’s safety there when I had to pay again ?
