Uber is a **** and Doesn’t Care

I almost got ****** whilst in driving in an Uber ride but the driver gave away his phone but I refused.

We were at the robots just after Cross Roads, approaching Phillipi Mall, when two boys came out of no where, started banging the windows, shouting, “Give your phones - Sapha iphone”. The doors were locked and my window was closed but the driver’s window was slightly opened, I refused to give away my phone and just ignored the boy on my side of the window in shock. The driver, however, out of panic, gave away his phone and they walked away.

The trip was for R66 but I was charged R336 because the driver’s phone was taken and I guess the ride was still being tracked.

This was after I reported the matter straight after the incident, even though I was in shock and trauma.

I tried to explain the whole story again and no one has responded.

I want my money back please.

You guys are a real ***** shame.
