Uber is a ****

I am disappointed by the lack of service from uber. On the 13th Oct 2024 at 03:50 I requested a ride which quoted me 66 with a 30% discount. I spent 30 minutes with no driver allocation. After 30 minutes a driver go allocates at 04:20 and now the figure was 200. When I queried this amount I was told amount is correct and no reversals will be done and my query was resolved with no phone call no email from me to say issue is reaolved

Today i tried to request the same thing and it quoted 99 with a 10% discount which makes sense if on the 13th it was 66 with 30% discount.
