Uber is a ****

I don't even think uber deserves 1 star or even a star. I was charged R500, deducted from my bank account. The last time I used Uber was on the 6th of may and my trip was not even close to that amount. When I complained I was told that their team will get back to me but they never gave me a turn around time. I went to check on the app that's when I saw that I have subscribed to Uber one, of which I never subscribed nor authorize them to debit on my account. I must say that Uber is a ****. I'm very disappointed I must say . This has nothing to do with money but principle.
