I am extremely disappointed with Uber Eats service. I placed an order which was never delivered. The driver demanded that I provide the PIN before handing over the food, which I refused as per Uber policy. The driver then left with my order, and I did not receive my food at all. I reported this immediately through the app, but my complaint was unfairly rejected. I was told the driver “waited 8 minutes,” which is not true and does not justify the fact that the order was never delivered. To make matters worse, the case was closed without proper resolution and I was not given an opportunity to respond. I paid for an order that I did not receive. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and proper investigation into the driver’s conduct.
