Uber is a ****

I've taken the same trip using Uber for the past couple of months and now they've overcharged me from the original price that I had accepted on the app. They said that the reason for the overcharge was because I was dropped off away from my original drop-off location. I have requested that they send me the map of the trip that I had undertaken but to no avail. On their app, I had noticed that they had the wrong trip and the time of the trip was incorrect. When I brought this to their attention, they dismissed my query and have not received my money back.
