Uber is a ****

I have multiple trips with Uber whereby if the driver cancels the trip they won’t refund back the money if you requested by card. I have lost a lot of money to Uber.. I recently forgot my bag with valuables the driver said he didn’t see my bag. The annoying part is you Uber has no direct line you have to wait for long until they respond to your text via the app. They won’t allow me to use cash payments maybe they enjoying eating my money. They only accept card
