Uber *****ing from clients

Uber DOUBLED the fee they had advertised for a ride I took, bare in mind no major incidents occurred on said trip outside of a minor traffic jam that increased the route time by only 5-min from the original time estimate. Their ROBOTIC customer service deemed the charge by Uber fair (DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL FEE FOR 5 MINUTES EXTRA). Uber is the only e-hailing service I've had this issue with.
